FPCG was chosen to assess Cineplex’s operations across its national chain, find its core strengths and build upon them to define a new digital strategy and implementation plan.
FPCG worked with Cineplex’s executive team and staff to craft the company’s digital vision, and all of the steps needed to achieve it.
FPCG took on interim executive leadership duties, revitalized the digital team and integrated it into the daily business operations, revamped Cineplex.com website, launched a new eCommerce storefront and established an integrated digital ad business spanning web, mobile, theatre screens, mobile and social gaming and integration with the Cineplex Magazine.
