The tough part isn’t launching a loyalty program, it’s creating one with staying power. Cineplex and Scotiabank understood this and wanted to be part of something different – something with staying power. They wanted an entertainment loyalty program that also made sense for one of Canada’s big banks. Quite a challenge.
FPCG was hired during the conception and design of the resulting groundbreaking program – Scene. FPCG worked with Cineplex, Scotiabank, Mighty and Maritz to define and deliver the the program’s business and financial model, loyalty personas, technology plan, user experience and digital offerings including the Scene website, digital ad offerings, cards, kiosks and mobile apps.

Results
At launch, the Scene program was acquiring and converting one new member per second. But as we know, loyalty’s all about the long haul – and with over 5 million members since launch, Scene has become Canada’s most successful entertainment program ever.
