With your target audience in mind, we hone in on the specifics of your digital project.  For websites and mobile apps, we develop their information architecture, content taxonomy, website or application maps, and functional specifications (technologies, widgets, IT integration points, forms, polls, social channels). We focus on information searchability, browsability and findability. We determine the ideal navigation structures and ensure ease of use across all target platforms.

Content-wise, we develop a content creation, consolidation or expansion strategy, determine how that content will be produced and updated, and identify key performance indicators to make sure your content is performing optimally.

We test the usability of recommended solutions to ensure the product is intuitive and enjoyable for your target audiences. Deliverables include:

Here, digital creative treatments are developed – including typography elements and palette – and integrated with the information architecture, functional specifications, maps and wireframes.

These are also integrated with your organization’s existing brand identity, style guide, logotype and logo, as needed.

Resulting concepts span all aspects of your digital project – website, apps, email/CRM and social media channels. Deliverables include:

This is an iterative step, where you are involved in approving early prototypes, as well as providing ongoing approvals and suggestions as content and visuals are engineered into the website, apps or social channels.

And as the build comes together, FPCG works with you to gather, digitize and integrate your body of content – text, audio, graphic, video and user-generated. Deliverables include:

Although iterative testing occurs throughout Realization, at this point the code base is frozen for focused and rigorous quality assurance across target browsers, tablets and mobile devices. Now, FPCG also oversees training and knowledge transfer.

We then proceed with a soft launch to your internal audience to ensure all aspects of the project are functioning properly, followed by full public launch. Both launches typically involve the deployment of a staging environment and a production environment. Deliverables include:
